Charlene Quinn is a graduate of Duke University (BS) and the University of Maryland (MS). She received her Ph.D. in Health Policy from The Johns Hopkins University. White House Fellow (1984-85), Mrs. Quinn has served as a health policy advisor to the President, the Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, an executive of the Health Care Finance Administration, a health care consultant at KMPG Peat Marwick and an advisor to a number of public and private health care companies on finance, regulatory and policy issues. She currently serves as the Interim Associate Dean for the University of Maryland School of Public Health and untiil recently, as a member of the Board of Directors of Genesis Health Ventures, Inc., one of the nation's largest nursing home companies. At Wye River Group, she focuses on providing strategic, management and financial advisory services to the health care industry.
